Futuristic Construction, Inc. is a proudly women-owned, full-service, state-certified general contracting firm with over 30 years of industry experience. Founded in 1990 by Timothy Paul, we have built our reputation on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and a relentless commitment to delivering projects on time, every time. Serving clients across Florida and the Southeast U.S., we bring unmatched expertise to a wide range of construction sectors.

Our portfolio spans commercial, medical, retail, hospitality, government, and custom residential construction. From ground-up builds to complex renovations, we have successfully completed thousands of projects for national brands, healthcare institutions, private developers, and homeowners. With over 4,500 commercial projects and 150+ custom homes completed, our work is a testament to our team’s dedication and skill.
