Our Story
Futuristic Construction is a proudly family-owned, full-service, state-certified building contracting firm based in Arcadia, Florida, with over 35 years of experience in commercial construction, custom residential development, and specialty buildouts. Founded in 1990 by Timothy Paul and led today by President and Owner Ava Paul, we’ve built a reputation for integrity, expert craftsmanship, and a relentless commitment to delivering every project on time and on budget.

We are licensed under Certified Building Contractor Stefan J. Hyde, a key team member who has been with Futuristic Construction for over a decade. Stefan has successfully passed all three components of the Certified General Contractor license examination and now serves as our licensed contractor. Prior to his licensure, he was our longtime Superintendent, overseeing field operations, quality control, and compliance across our job sites. His deep knowledge of construction operations, hands-on leadership, and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable asset to every project we take on.

From tenant improvements and retail space remodels to medical facility renovations, restaurant buildouts, and luxury custom homes, we serve a diverse clientele with precision, transparency, and professionalism. Our portfolio includes more than 2,000 commercial projects and 150+ custom residential builds across Southwest Florida.
